We also wish to inform you that article 13 of the d.lgs 196/2003 confers the citizens the right to exercise certain rights. In particular, the client can ask the holder of the business whether any data concerning his activity on the website has been stored, and obtain the data that has been gathered (which must be presented in an intelligibile form). The client can also ask to know the origin of the data and the logic behind its treatment, and to have the data which has been found to have been gathered in violation of the law cancelled, transformed, blocked, updated or integrated.
